No. We ship container furniture as full loads when you want them, but part loads are possible by road and part-container (LCL) shipments by sea, so a full furniture container is not required to place an order. A sofa container, container seating or container home furniture load can all be part-filled and combined across models.

All three. FOB furniture pricing covers delivery to the port and loading. CIF furniture pricing adds freight and insurance to your destination port. EXW is collection from our facility in İnegöl. We quote FOB sofa and CIF sofa lines the same way, and we handle export documentation on every shipment.

Production takes 25 to 30 days from order confirmation. Sofa lead time is the same across our ranges. Transport time is additional and depends on destination. Road freight is the preferred route for the Balkans, Europe and several Middle Eastern countries, while other markets ship by sea. We quote transit separately so you can plan against a real handover date.

A 30% deposit confirms the order and starts production. The remaining 70% is due before shipment. We issue a proforma invoice with the deposit request and the final invoice with the shipping documents.

Yes, samples are available on a charged basis. Sample cost and freight are quoted per model on request. Ordering a sample is the usual first step for new partners, and it lets you check upholstery, frame construction and finish before committing to a production order.

Every piece carries a two-year structural warranty, with after-sales support throughout the warranty period.
